What Daywend is
A trip planner. It builds a suggested route from what you type. It is not a travel agency, a carrier or a hotel, and it books nothing for you.
Timetables
Connections and times come from third parties: carriers and open data sources. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and a carrier may cancel or change a service at any time. Check the connection with the carrier before you travel.
Stays and sights
Suggestions for where to sleep and what to see are built by AI. They can be mistaken, and a place may be closed, gone or priced differently. They are not a booking, an offer or professional advice.
Links to booking sites
A link leads to a site run by someone else. The offer, the price and the terms there are theirs, not ours, and your contract is with them. We are not responsible for them.
Liability
Daywend is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that follows from relying on a timetable or a suggestion. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Law
Czech law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live stays with you.
